Given the unpredictability of availability/access to treatment, it is very important that you call and ask for the person in charge of admissions. In most cases, this will be the Clinical Director, but it could be someone else in their absence. There are certain requirements that must be met prior to admission: · A ‘History & Physical’ by physician within 30 days of scheduled admission · TB test administered and read within 5 days of scheduled admission · Client should have direct contact with the Clinical Director, or the referring agency must make direct contact |
