Scott Pritchard : Executive DirectorScott Pritchard has been a dedicated member of the Clearview team since 2005, currently serving as the Executive Director for the past decade. With an International Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certification, Scott has a rich history in the field, having worked as a counselor from 2008 to 2014 and as a service coordinator from 2005 to 2008.
Scott is a family man, married to his wife Monica for 22 years. Together, they have four wonderful children: Michaela, Tyler, Jordon, and Kinnick. His passion for community and youth development is evident through his extensive coaching experience in various sports. Scott has held leadership roles as the President of Little League and Babe Ruth, as well as the Town Coordinator for the Youth Sports Foundation Tackle Football. In his spare time, Scott enjoys swimming and golfing with his family. He is particularly excited to follow his son Kinnick, who is attending William Penn University and has made the varsity golf team. |
Although Scott has retired from coaching, his love for sports and community involvement continues to be a significant part of his life.

DeDe Blom : Director of OperationsDeDe Blom is one of the original visionaries in creating Clearview Recovery, Inc. She has worked in the field for 18 years and has dedicated those years to empowering addicts to find recovery by giving them the tools for success.
DeDe takes great pride in her three children and their accomplishments. She enjoys watching them in all their activities. Her favorite activity is the weekly family meal time with "laughter, love and chaos." DeDe enjoys being outdoors, making garden art and fairy gardens. She enjoys gifting them to anyone who shows an interest. |
Adyson Blom : Certified Alcohol & Drug CounselorAdyson Blom is a dedicated Substance Abuse Counselor with three years of experience working for Clearview. She started as a part time technician in 2018 and became a substance abuse counselor in 2022. Adyson specializes in supporting women through their recovery journeys, helping them grow and learn to love themselves again. Her compassionate approach and commitment to fostering a positive environment have been instrumental in the personal and emotional development of her clients.
Adyson holds an undergraduate degree in Human Services and Sociology from William Penn University, where she was also a dedicated member of the women’s soccer program, graduating in May of 2021. She furthered her education with a Master of Science degree in Human Services, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Management, from Capella University, graduating in September of 2023. |
In her free time, Adyson enjoys spending time with her three cats, Koda, Nala, and Marshmallow. She also loves reading, playing slow pitch softball, working out, and spoiling her nieces and nephews.

Alicia Klein : Certified Alcohol & Drug CounselorAlicia is a compassionate substance abuse counselor dedicated to helping individuals
overcome addiction and reclaim their lives. Holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand View University. Alicia is a certified drug and alcohol counselor and specializes in evidence-based treatment methods, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy and trauma informed care. Alicia is committed to fostering a non-judgmental environment where clients can explore the root causes of their addiction and develop the skills needed to maintain sobriety. She is passionate about empowering others and believes in the power of hope, faith, love and the possibility of lasting change. In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys attending concerts, car shows and attending events in the pin up/retro community. |
